Die Types: FL
- Flex 7.5 is the only die option available for flexo roll label
- Previously UL approved, not anymore
- DPM laminate option: not onsite printable (can still be TT printed but flexcon does not acknowledge it)
- Laminate is standard but not required- image surface printed on white polyester
Flexo criteria
- 4 color max
- No gradients or half tones
- Widest is 7” (can be closer to 7.375)
- Cannot thermal transfer print ON flexo ink/floodcoat UNLESS ink has been approved prior
- Minimum slit width is 0.5”
