• Pricing – No pricing is Epicor approved.   We are keeping pricing in line with what A2B was charging for these products. 

• If order is NOT the minimum charge, pricing will be Unit Price PLUS Verification/Validation add on 

• Non-UID orders – Special pricing needed  

• 100% Verification – all UID orders require 100% verification   

• Add 100% verification factor in configurator 

• Note 100% verification in Pick/Job comments 

• Add Misc line item for UID Verification at $0.00 (cost is included in the per each pricing) 

• Serials – most orders will be per file, even if the serials are sequential 

• Do not add a data transfer fee (cost is included in the per each pricing) 

• Spreadsheet ‘ENTERPRISE ID’ column – must remove extra space between ‘Enterprise’ and ‘ID’ 

• Print/Drawing – Many customers are small companies who don’t have a formal print for their tags.  They may commonly have different part numbers printed on the tag every time they order so copy/layout is entered as ‘variable’ for part number.  For these reasons you may see quotes titled things like ‘3 x 1 3M Black’ and strategies named things like ‘134234 XXX’.  These are used for all jobs that fall into these categories.   

• If we do have a print/drawing separate out as per our current practice 

• Proofs – Proof all orders – even reuses – unless customer specifically says not to 

• Add note in customer maintenance if customer agrees to waive proofs on all their orders 

• Double check proof approval for accuracy 

• Lead time  

• 5 day lead time for tags produced in Ames but normally can get them out sooner 

• Rush orders – reach out to Cory 

• Orders over 5000 pieces – reach out to Cory if see if additional lead time is needed
